“لقد أشرقت شمس الأمل مجددًا على وطننا الحبيب لبنان مع انتخاب فخامة الرئيس العماد جوزيف عون رئيسًا للجمهورية وتكليف القاضي نواف سلام تشكيل الحكومة العتيدة. هذه الخطوة التاريخية تمثل نافذة مضيئة نحو مستقبل واعد يحمل في طياته الازدهار والاستقرار للبناننا الذي لطالما حلمنا به.
وفي ضوء هذه التحولات الإيجابية، وبالرغم من أننا كنا عزمنا الخيار على اعادة إحياء مهرجانات الأرز الدوليّة للعام 2025 قبل حصولها، إلا أننا اليوم نجد أنفسنا أمام مسؤولية تاريخية تحتم علينا جميعًا تكثيف الجهود لدفع عجلة الاقتصاد الوطني قدمًا، لا سيما في المجالات التي تمتلك فيها بلادنا قدرات استثنائية، وعلى رأسها القطاع السياحي. لذلك، فإن إعادة تنشيط السياحة لا تعني فقط تعزيز الإيرادات، بل تعني إعادة رسم صورة لبنان كوجهة حضارية وثقافية رائدة على مستوى العالم.
إننا، وفي أصعب الأوقات الاقتصادية التي عصفت بوطننا لبنان، لم نتوانَ لحظة عن تقديم كل ما بوسعنا وبذلك كل ما لدينا من جهد، ولكننا أردنا عن سابق تصوّر وتصميم أن نحوّل هذه الجهود لدعم المشاريع الصحية والاجتماعية. واليوم، ومع الأمل الذي نشهده، نعود لنضع السياحة في صدارة أولوياتنا، عبر إعادة إحياء مهرجانات الأرز الدولية بنسخة عام 2025، التي ستأتي بحلة جديدة أكبر وأبهى من أي وقت مضى. سيكون هذا الحدث رسالة للعالم بأن لبنان، رغم التحديات، لا يزال ينبض بالإبداع والحياة.

A new dawn of hope has risen over Lebanon, with the election of our President, His Excellency General Joseph Aoun, and the designation of Judge Nawaf Salam to form the upcoming government. This historic step paves the way for a promising future, one that carries within it the prosperity and stability we have long dreamed of for our cherished Lebanon.
Although the Cedars International Festival had officially decided its comeback for the summer of 2025, even before these positive outcomes in the country, we now find ourselves facing a historic momentum, which pushes us to intensify our efforts in helping boost the socio-economic and touristic sectors of our country. Revitalizing tourism is not merely about boosting revenues; it is about reshaping Lebanon’s image as a leading cultural and touristic destination on the global stage.
Even during the most difficult economic conditions that have faced Lebanon throughout the past few years, we have never once hesitated to give our all and spare no effort in supporting healthcare and social projects. Today, encouraged by a renewed sense of hope, we place tourism at the forefront of our priorities by reviving the Cedars International Festival in its 2025 edition, in a grander and more splendid form than ever before, as a testimony to the world that, despite the challenges, Lebanon still pulses with creativity and life.
